Well done on completing run 2 of week 5, take run 3 slowly, the C25K training course has prepared you for it, once you have completed it, which you will, you will be very proud of yourself.

Just did my scary 20 min "marathon" last week. The program works, I did it much to my personal surprise and you will too. Just keep taking one more step, how hard can that be
A lot of it is psychological. Don’t run too fast. If you feel like stopping , try slowing down by reducing your step length a bit and maybe taking a few deeper breaths.
Like you I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it, but I was fine!
