Week 1 run2

Just done my second run which seemed quite relaxed and I think I covered more ground. I'm beginning to feel a sense of achievement as this is so out of my comfort zone. I didn't even let the neighbour asking me in for a cup of tea distract me! I really find the community very helpful and supportive.I don't feel alone.

I am a life long 'anti' runner - never really understood the point of it. Now I have just 2 runs until graduation.

I can guarantee that the further you get into this programme, the more confident you will feel, the more you will love it and the greater your sense of achievement will be.

There is nothing but positivity in this community and everyone will be with you all the way, offering support beyond compare.

Well done for an incredible start. Keep it slow and steady (slow = snail pace) and you'll have no problem as the weeks increase.

Enjoy 😊
