Week 5 in the bag!

I did it! Really didn’t think I’d be running for a full 20 mins after just 5 weeks. It was tough but do-able and absolutely worth it for the euphoria afterwards and to witness a beautiful morning (which I’d have previously slept through!). Looking forward to the weekend off. Thank you everyone for the encouragement.
