Started end of May π¬ working from home, home schooling and looking after a one year old meant long gaps between some runs, especially towards the end (donβt recommend it but I couldnβt face starting again from earlier weeks). BUT I have done it.
I was originally hoping to make that elusive 5k in 30 mins but gave up trying a couple of months ago when my runs were few and far between, wish I had taken more notice of pace today as I did 4.7km in the 30 mins, sure I could have upped my pace a bit, something to aim for though.
Lovely supportive site this, anyone just starting out, run one week one was the most difficult one for me!

Woohooooooo!!! Huge congrats!! π₯³π₯³π₯³ You have also inspired me to finish the programme, due to one thing and another my runs too have been few and far between!!
Well done you!! Now go and celebrate!!! π₯πΎπ
You must! We worked too hard not to. My biggest gap was before starting week 8, 28 minute run, I really should have built up to that again but mentally I just couldnβt go backwards, that one was hard but the next 28 minute one was much easier. Go out tomorrow if you can π xx
