Still using crutches, but did twice round the dining room without support, so going in right direction ever so sloooowwwwlllly.
Got out round local Park(with crutches), just under a mile but sore spot developed on side of calf by knee so that was that, most exercise on prosthetic yet, no skin damage so no problem.
Will give it a couple of days then get out again.

Hi, Tiny, I’m so aware of sore spots through years of multi day walking in British hills , never take a chance and stop sores and blisters before they come a problem, only thing now is it’s new skin surfaces that take the strain.😖😬😀
Getting there, slowly but surely! Well done for stopping when you developed the sore spot, it would have been all-too-tempting to carry on and risk damaging the skin so good call. Hope you can get back out there soon but worth exercising caution - but you already know that
Absolutely! Whatever you are doing seems to be working, I continue to be so impressed by your progress and your resilience, so however you are managing it now, keep doing it!
Slowly but surely you'll get there - you are right about taking care of the skin though once damaged it will take far longer to heal even if you still have good circulation (unfortunately I have very bad circulation in that leg).
