OMG I did it

Wow I have done it. A slower pace due to rain overnight.

It was so lovely to achieve the run outside on my normal route. I could smell the trees after rain and life seemed to be put onto perspective.

I had already planned to increase my time each week so I can get to 5kms.

So I am looking forward to that Wednesday.

I am goi g to look at the consolidation page and see what they say.

Who hoo who would have thought I could run! Awesome feeling
