So did my 1st consolidation today. Was feeling a bit lost without the C25K telling me what to do so planned a new route. It went really well despite except a little ankle twinge- I kept going cause running is hardcore 🙈
Now I cant put any weight on in 😭 any advice?!
New trainers needed? Rest up? Run through it? Rest up? I don’t want to miss my Wednesday run.

Yikes! See what tomorrow brings, I’d say, but seriously be prepared to postpone and rest up. How will you run for 30 mins if you can’t put any weight on it? 🙂
Long term, I guess it depends whether you feel it’s been a recurring problem, albeit not so severe as now, or you’ve just jarred your ankle somehow on this run.
Never had ankle problems before- but yes no running if I can’t walk! Resting up tonight and taking anti inflammatory- fingers crossed it’s better by tomorrow
Thanks Oldfloss- yes your right. It is a day up with it today and minimal walking. Thanks for the tip about the strength exercises I will look at them today.
