This evening is my first run since wk9 R3, and I have to say that I have not felt like running. I also felt unsure how to carry on, however I found the stepping stone podcast and gave that ago. It was good up beat music from Audio fuel getting you moving to the beat 1234,1234 etc. Laura guiding you through, however definitely needs repeating but not bad for a run outside of C25k app.

Iβve seen a few posts about the stepping stone podcast! What actually is it..?π€£Iβm on week 8 now and Iβm starting to think of where to go once I complete the programme!
I found it hard to be motivated after completing the podcast but I've now done 79 runs on my own. It has made such a difference to my health, sleep and well-being that I need no other motivation now than knowing I'm doing myself good. It's not always enjoyable but its only 5 minutes at most 3 times a week and the benefits you will feel will far out weight the horrible weather. Good luck - keep running.
Well done you, have had the same problem but Iβve found adjusting the MapMyRun app to tell me every time I reach half a K has helped. Keep going, I know itβs hard without the motivation but think of the benefits! πͺπΌ
