Knock me down with a feather!

Wow. I cannot believe it. I have just run W5R3 - 20 minutes continuous. At the beginning of this week, I was sure there was no way on earth that I would be able to run for 20 minutes. My partner and I took it really steady and low and behold, we did it and not only that, we felt really good at the end. Bring on the next 4 weeks.

So, if you are feeling a bit unnerved by the prospect of W5R3 - I say fear not, just make sure you are well hydrated, do some stretches and take it really steady. As my coach, Sarah Millican says, "you can do it Pet".

Well done on completing week 5 run 3.

That's a milestone run in the program πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Be aware that week 6 runs 1 and 2 can catch some people out with going back to intervals !

Thank you

πŸ‘ a big well done to you and your partner! I’m only a few runs ahead of you and couldn’t imagine what running for 20 minutes would be like when I first started. It feels good! Well done on reaching this milestone and keep enjoy week 6 πŸ˜€

Me either. I could barely run for 60 seconds! I was very doubtful at the beginning that I'd get passed week 2 so am really pleased so far.
