W5R3

Unbelievably I did W5R3 last night!! I had struggled with R2 so was really worried but this one was more of a mental struggle than physical. Can't believe I managed it...20 minutes feels like a MAJOR achievement to me. I would not had thought this possible when I started out on this programme on a cold dark February evening...!!! To everyone just starting out and doubting ...yes, you CAN do it.....

Yay well done! 💪👍😃🏃‍♀️

You get used to the bad weather 🙂. Hot weather doesn’t last long so we don’t often have to cope with searing heat 🙂

Attempting this run tonight.. seems like a big jump to 20 mins! Well done!

Yes I did think it seemed a big jump...but somehow, it didn't seem so bad once I started. You can do it..!! Good luck - you'll feel ridiculously pleased with yourself!!

I’m a ‘running granny’ too! I start Week 5 tonight and I’ll admit to being apprehensive about the 20mins in Run 3. It seems, and is a big jump from Run 2. Hoping to rise to the challenge tee hee!
