I have just completed W5R3 - I can run for 20 minutes!!! I can't believe it! Slow and steady BUT I DID IT! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Slow and steady is just fine.

Well done, but be cautious about W6R1, it catches people out.

You are over halfway to graduation and have laid a lot of groundwork for the next few weeks, so enjoy your running.
