Week * run 2

Enjoyed it much more today. My daughter came with me... she's a much more experienced runner than me so we agreed for her to fly past whilst I kept on slogging at my own speed - we then caught up on the way back which was lovely. No pressure on me at all - I'm just happy to be able to slog away for 28 mins without stopping - then we had a lovely chat on the walk home. Got a spa day planned for us tomorrow, which I can't wait for.... before she goes back for her third and last year at Uni on Thursday Happy Monday everyone

That sounds just lovely 😃 I used to love getting my girls home again from Uni. ( the bathroom not so much , I couldn’t believe how long lt stayed clean when they were away 😂😂)
