For various complicated reasons - my final run was some 6 days after my previous 2 Wk9 runs - but testimony to the programme is that even after a long pause and it being 30mins - you can do it! Well I did it and given I'd never, ever, ran before and R1 in Week 1 made me feel a bit sick I think its a miracle!
Thank you C25K and all associated. And to anyone reading this - whoever you are, wherever you are: you can do it!

Well done, I graduated today too 😊. Took me slightly longer than the 9wks due to me repeating the odd week and a weeks holiday as well. It is amazing how the plan works isn’t it.
Congratulations to you Beautybabe and Pixie Shots on graduating from C25K, for you both to get a badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked September graduation C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
I'm on week 9 now and although completing the runs still find them challenging. I want to keep pushing myself after week 9 because we cant give up after all that effort can we
Keep going ... well that's the plan anyway. But so far I've failed to run 30mins and sustained a sprain - already!! Need to find another programme quick because clearly I'm not ready to fly solo just yet! Good luck!
