That's it, that's it, I can proudly say that today I GRADUATED! It was a really hard run - not the easy jog that I had envisaged with smiles and jumps for joy at the end. Nevertheless, it was my third 30 minute run and I am chuffed to bits. Onwards and upwards! Thank you for all your support over the last 11 weeks!
