I'm a runner now!!!

I graduated yesterday, and it's such an amazing feeling! I can't believe that after only nine weeks I have gone from barely being able to run for 60 seconds, to running for 30 minutes continuously. And it was a perfect run: the sun was shining (but not too hot), my knee was great, my pace was the fastest ever and I covered the greatest distance). Everyone I passed smiled and all the dogs were cute.

Thank you to everyone here for inspiration and support. I'm having a rest week this week and seeing a physio about my dodgy knee, so only two runs this week. I'm looking forward to building up to 10k in a couple of weeks!

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, great photo, I do think the date and the place where anyone graduates from C25K will be remembered by them for a very long time.
