Had such a hectic weekend, was meant to write this much sooner.
Anyway managed to complete my week 9 run 3 on Friday evening. Have been actually running fora bit longer since week 8 run 3 to hit 5k. Friday's was a PB too at 33:36. Was very pleased and after losing motivation in the final week, I have gotten it back after an enjoyable graduation run.
9 weeks ago I struggled to briskly walk for half an hour, never mind run for more than that. I don't write a lot on here but I always read other people's posts for motivation.
Thanks everyone, because of you I think I can now say that I am a runner.
