I suffered a calf injury during R1W4 and can’t wait to get back into C25K; its clearly going to take time And I know I must not run before I can walk so to speak - just find it frustrating. Two weeks on and I can walk fairly well but its still giving me discomfort I definitely could not run or lift anything heavy even a shopping bag....so walking it is for now. Great to see so many people achieving graduation....guess I’ll have to start the program again from the start when I can eventually attempt a jog. Foam rollers are my best friends at the moment!

Injuries are incredibly frustrating. We're so used to instant fulfilment now, anything that we have to wait for is extra challenging.
The runs will be there for you when you're ready and able, but yes, meantime, foam roller, stretches and self care are your best bet 👍🏻
