Well, considering the amount I had to drink last night I’m pretty stunned at my body’s performance this morning! I did have carbs though too so I’m thinking that might have given me a bit more energy.
Anyway got to the final five minutes and was finding it tough so slowed down and then when she said stop 🛑 I just kept going!! Was REALLY AMAZING my bod had just managed to get into this rhythm and there was no way I was gonna give up that feeling. So I ended up running for ten minutes straight which has given me a real
Boost for week 5!!
Don’t worry, I made sure I did my five minutes warm down walk at the end and plenty of stretching but.. lovely stuff! Oh and I didn’t see a gazelle but rather felt like one at times today for the first time running!! Unlike a buffalo 🐃 which I have felt like most of the time 😆 Finally feel like I ACTUALLY getting fitter 🥳 xx Have a great Friday all x
