Well I never thought I would do it but I made it! Wk9 r3 complete this morning! Iv haven’t felt this sense of achievement in a long time. I even got my fastest pace yet and was comfortable doing it. I couldn’t stop though. After doin the 30min run I had a small break and pushed on to try n hit the 5k. Ended up doin 6k!! So now Iv decided to keep going and my goal is 10k!!

After several 30 minute consolidation runs before you think of running a 10K, try the C25K+ Podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, next do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K,, the plan is not an app, however, you can Google it, good luck.
