Oh my goodness I’m as happy as 🐷 in πŸ’© Only did this C25K thing to see if I could? Started it in June completed it at the end of July & have continued to run 5k every other day 🀩πŸ’ͺ🏼 Anyone else love the buzzπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ 🐝 πŸ’•πŸ€©

You know what? That's one of the best bits, just actually finishing it and getting something out of it as well! We get into awful habits of starting things and not completing them so to do it, really do it, and reap those rewards is all the sweeter! πŸ‘πŸ»

Yes that’s exactly right!! I start some things with good intentions but don’t pursue it! I must confess I downloaded the C25K app last year but just left it there for decoration πŸ™ˆ Why I didn’t do it before I’ll never know πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€£

Wow that’s amazing and so inspiring to hear this.. I really do want to be able to go on long runs, up hills without being daunted (or half dead at the end) and want to do it easily. Sounds like you took to it like a proverbial duck to water so well done you. πŸ™ŒπŸ»
