Wk 5 R3 done

Well it’s 30 minutes since I completed run 3 of week 5 and I’m still beetroot red. No-one needs to see that, so here’s a picture of my running partner who was in a much better state than me after 20 minutes of running.

The beetroot red feeling is from your body taking its time in "coming down" from the run.

Well done on doing the 20 minutes run. You're allowed to glow like a Ready Brek kid for the rest of the day. 🤣

Congratulations to and your dog on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, don't worry about being red🏃🏾

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Well done !

A milestone run in C25K !

I'm sure you will smile all day long now 😁

Be careful with week 6 runs 1 and 2 as going back to intervals catches people out !

Lovely dog btw 😁

I'm another beetroot red person. Some people manage to look glowing, slightly damp hair and healthy. I tend to look as though I should sit down and am in danger of a heart attack! But I'm a bit more used to it now - I used to really hate it when I was younger. Well done on week 5 - more than halfway there now!
