Week 7

I have just completed week 6 run 3 the first 25 minute solid run and i couldn't be more proud of myself . I remember when I very first started and I tried to skip a whole minute run because I couldn't breathe and now I am amazed that I can do it that my legs kept going and going until Laura said "that's it". Does anyone else get just that little kick of emotion at the end and you think you can do anything right at that moment you could take on the world? Or is that just me?

Well done Stace that’s fantastic, my legs and body are trembling at the thought of a 25 minute run 😂 but that’s a long way off for me. Don’t know about taking the world on just yet, but hope to feel that way one day, I’m happy to just get through it 😀

Honestly it'll come! Week 1 I must of started and stopped left it and restarted and never thought I would be ready to run that long and the route I ran today i used to struggle to walk it never mind run it! Keep on and before you realise you'll be doing week 7 and onwards

We’re on the same run. No, you’re not alone :) I always do a little happy dance in the street when I finish a week. Feels like such an achievement.
