I honestly never thought I’d be able to achieve this. I couldn’t of done it without the support on here or my hubby. Such a brilliant experience - one of the best things to come out of lockdown.

Edit: sorry I should of said ...... we graduated!!!

One I of the main things I struggled with was self doubt as I have never done anything like this before.

Well done!! Lovely that you run together. My husband didn't do the c25k with me, but did start to come and trot along beside my (very) slow running, and now I can't stop him - he's out there doing half an hour as we speak!! Lovely pic too. Keep running!! 🏃‍♀️
