We completed WK9R3 today by running in a colour 5K where between us we raised over £300 for charity.
I cannot believe we’ve made it this far, I never for one moment thought it was possible and I’m so incredibly over the moon.
For anyone just starting, please keep it up. My mum and I could barely run for 60 seconds at the start and we are now running 5K’s. The programme is incredible and hands down the best thing I’ve ever done!
I can’t wait for the next event now!!

In the pinned posts section, there is a post called July 2019 graduates (or something similar). If you write in there that you have completed and ask our wonderful admins to polish your badge, you will receive the word Graduate next to your name
That's a brilliant photo! Congratulations to both of you! What a fantastic way to graduate, looks like loads of fun. 🎈🎆🎇
If that's something that concerns you Shubo, just to let you know that only about 10/15 percent have reached 5K by the time they graduate. It's not a bad thing as it gives you your next goal to aim for 😁
That’s what I’ve recently found out so I don’t feel so worried about it now. Exactly, that’s my next aim - to try and get it down to 30 mins. I think once I’ve done that I’m going to start training for a 10K
Couch 2 5k is the first stepping goal to my ultimate goal
It does bother me that the name is slightly misleading but before I started I would never have been able to run 1/2 k without almost killing myself so running for 28 minutes nonstop is my badge of honour
What a fantastic achievement! Well done to you both for your triumphant final run and raising money for charity. Charity goals really keep you going post C25K as well! Happy runnings for the future! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏅🏅
