Wow, what a difference! Felt really good (except for the sore left knee I have developed 😬) I never ever thought I could manage 3 minutes but when Jo said I could stop I actually felt that I could go on for a tiny bit more (obviously didn’t, am doing exactly what she tells me to 😇)
As I’m 5 hours behind you lovely lot I try and read as many of your posts as I can before I go out as they fill me with positivity. I’m usually propped up in bed with my early morning cuppa reading how you’ve all got on 😊
Am hoping my left knee soreness (which does ease as the day goes on and with Ibuprofen) is as a result of getting used to the support of my new lovely trainers following gait analysis as so many recommend. It’s either that or sympathy pains with the rest of you with sore knees. I gather from reading on here that sore knees are not uncommon.
Onto R2 on Friday and hoping it’ll remain cooler first thing like today 🙏 and am hoping the weather continues to improve for you all at home.

Honestly I think sore knees in week 2 and 3 is the most common topic for posting about. That or apprehension about W5R3. With any luck it’ll go soon. Mine certainly did. Best of luck 😊
Well done CazzaW. You are smashing this!!!! I felt like week 3 was a breakthrough for me. Except for the sore knees which I totally understand hahahaha. I’ve sent for knee supports just incase.
Well done , my sore knee went away around 4th week , I used knee compression wrap while running for 3 week .try that , You ll get it from sports direct .keep it up!!
Thank you for that top tip, and VPOLLIE67 too, I’ll see what I can find. Not sure Sports Direct will ship to Toronto 😅 but I’m sure I can find something over here 👍
Not at all, how would you know I’m over here 🤣 We’re here for 3 years with my husband’s job, arrived in March, 10 days before lockdown... not the best timing 😖 Am missing family and friends dreadfully and no visitors due to C19 😢 Am so grateful for this forum, it’s so good to hear you all talk about home 😊
