Was a bit anxious about this one! 3minutes of running and I’m not gong to pretend it wasn’t hard. On a positive note, I didn’t get too breathless and it’s only 23 mins total. On the negative, my legs felt like they were going to give way and my left knee hurts like hell 😡 I just hope it gets easier. BUT...... I didn’t stop and I completed it!

did my first W3R1 today too , also amazed i did it knees a bit achy but otherwise nto knackered like i was W1R1, onwards and upwards
Well done. I have my first wk3 run in the morning. I kind of dread and look forward to each run. I’m a bit scared of running for 3minutes!

I just did this too! Weirdly I wasn't anxious as I looked at it as just 4 runs, it's the same total amount of running as last week, and 2 of the runs are 90 seconds which you've done 6 of before!
Perhaps I should have been anxious, as that last run was so tough! It felt like W1R1 and I started doing the dreaded 'clock watch'. Made it through though! And well done to you for the same!
