Looking forward to this run tomorrow, as it looks easier are we supposed to try and increase the pace?

No pressure to increase pace, just whatever is comfortable for you...I'm quite keen to achieve runs measured by distance so I vary between 4.6 and 5.8 km. Just find your driver?

Don't underestimate it .........this run catches out more than any other in the plan and is your longest to date...........I would keep your pace down until you are confident you will achieve it.

It is recommended that all C25k runs are done at an easy conversational pace, with the possibility of speeding up in the last few minutes.

Noooo!, it's a sneaky one, relax and go nice and slow 🤞

As others are saying, this is a longer session than the 20 mins you've just done, even though the running intervals are shorter.

I echo the words above - this was the hardest run for me, five years ago now and I still recall being caught out by it!! Take it steady like all the others - and good luck! 👍🙂
