Hard work! Wk6 Run 1

Went out yesterday afternoon after the rain cleared . I usually run in the morning and found this one tough! Really hard to get my legs moving again after the walks but I did it! Really felt for the first time that I'd reached my limit but by the time I'd completed the cool down walk I was fine. Thigh muscles can tell they've worked today 😀

Ah yes. The dreaded W6R1. After the high of the 20 minutes in W5R3 it seems that about 95% of the posts on here have said the same thing. It's as if the stop start gets you out of a routine and you almost look forward to just being able to run continuously again :)

the main things is that you did it!

Yes one more with a walking break and then all continuous running periods through to your graduation.🌟👏👏

Be mindful of your prep routine, repair day, hydration, sleep , nutrition and you will eliminate any possibility of tiredness.Arrive tension free on your run day.

Believe and Enjoy.🌟👏👏
