I only went and did it!! This morning, I completed the last run of the programme and I am a bit shell shocked!! If I’m honest, when I started 9 weeks ago I didn’t really believe that I would be able to finish but I have and no one is more surprised than me!! Wow!

The phrase "No one is more surprised than me" seems to be one of the most common expressions uttered by everyone on their C25K journey, me included!
