.....and now 1st parkrun lined up for Saturday.

Podcasts: have nearly caught up with all the Free Weekly Timed podcasts. Any recommendations for other running podcasts to keep me going? I suspect I’m going to miss the rhythm and discipline of following C25K.

Huge congratulations and well done:)

Consolidation now is the name of the game.. ( after the party of curse).

Different routes and distances, but with 30 minute runs in there of course.

Then check out the post for What's next ? Then maybe the C25K+ podcasts. which continue the building up, that C25K has begun.

They are challenging but fun... some folk try them too soon after Graduation and sometimes miss the point of them.. but many of us think they are really useful for moving us on :)

So far I've done stepping stones and loved it. Is it what they call a "tempo" run? only on week 10 of my journey I'm still such a noob XD

Also recommend the 3 C25k+ downloads. They are 30 minutes long with Laura helping you along. I particularly like the stamina one.

Yes they are good! Only done the stepping stones one but It's such a nice challenge. Wish they've done even more goodness but I believe that's it, just the app and the 3 podcasts.

But you go on using them...in other runs..some of our marathon runners still use them...I use Speed when I only have time for a quickie..😊
