Just completed week 5 run 2 and feeling great even though I was dreading it! Had a little mental block in the first run - I kept thinking “omg I can’t do this!” And then I got distracted by my surroundings and forgot that I “couldn’t do it” and I was still running and then Jo said 60 seconds left!
The second run - dare I say it? I actually enjoyed! Who am I?! 😂😂
