Completed the above on a cold, wet and windy day here in the Peak District. Made sure my house would be nice and warm when I got back. First 8 minute run I could have kept going but I kept to the plan and did the 5 min walk 8 min run. Was glad when Jo said only 60 seconds left on the second run but all in all I enjoyed it. Not sure how I’m feeling about R3. I’m going to do the same route as today because it was quite flat. Happy running

Great running today... slow and steady on run 3 and you’ll be fine... it’s mind over matter, your body is ready for it.
Thank you. Hope the weather is a bit better.
I’m just outside the peaks and expecting snow tonight
Well done! Perseverance is key! I did my W5r3 today... I was so nervous, thinking I couldn’t do it but just like that I did! I went slow, even when I thought I could go faster, I wanted to finish and I did. You will do it and it will feel amazing! Just keep running 😉
Sounds like you were absolutely ready for it Letty, I am going for it tomorrow!
... and finding the flat is a challenge in itself. Bravo - and that includes sticking to the plan, it will be worth it in the end.
Think it is going to be woods for me today, not exposed Edges!
Hi, just back from and early morning run this and noticed your post. Just done the Wk5, R 3. Like you felt a bit daunted. As a still overweight ex smoker, I think if I can manage it anyone can. So to for it. Well done. Hope you are enjoyed the C25K. Best o luck, Scott
