New to this community and interesting to read posts. I have just completed week 6 today early morning and breeze helped. Roll on week 7 but it is getting harder but worth it even though it didn’t seem like it whilst running for 25 mins today. I needed to increase my exercise having put weight on during lockdown and gym still shut so decided to give this a go as daily walk doesn’t seem to be enough to shift weight.

Finished week 6

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on completing week 6 .
Some nice runs now through to Graduation 🙂
Enjoy 👍

If you can't cope with Week 7, just do the last run from week 6 three times. 🤣
(It's a running running joke here.)

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are also 3/25 minute runs, that will be to help you get used to the longer running up to run 3 of week 9 when you will graduate.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.

Sounds like you’re ready for W7.
I’ve lost 8lbs but must say it a combo of changing eating habits and running.
Now a decision of how many mins do I need to run to burn that many calories ... and then deciding the biscuit just isn’t worth it 🤣
