It's no longer dreaded, congratulations to you Kpala679 on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER and you won't dread any other runs, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs.

🍏🤗👏 Now you know there is nothing to dread and that you are a runner for sure!! Try doing the first 10 mins extra slowly & then the rest at a comfortable pace & you will enjoy it more! Well done ⭐️
