I've had a sh*te week, emotionally and mentally and have felt my mood slipping due to this. I woke this morning at 5.30, couldn't sleep again, and eventually got up at 7 and said feck it, I'm gonna do my W6R3 now and see does that help the mood. Didn't realise it was running for 25mins until Sarah told me lol🙈
And I did it 😁😁 it felt a bit easier than before, I don't know if that's because it was first thing, but God did I feel good when I ran and didn't stop😀😀
Helped the mood a bit, and the euphoria of completing that lasted a good bit of the day.
