I finished Week 6

I finished Week 6 today and Laura told me that I am a runner!!!

I did 25 minutes without stopping. I had to run on the spot for a few seconds when a cyclist and I arrived at a gate type thing by the canal! He went through but I was not going to curtail my run hahaha.

I can't believe I actually did it.

Fab. If you can run for 25 minutes you can definitely run for 30. And yes you know you're a runner when you do that running on the spot thing!

super work :D well done :) it is strange that a voice on a podcast can make you feel so dam good about yourself and what you have achieved so far :D onwards and upwards :D
