Finally graduated!

Finally completed the C25K programmes and ran 5k in under 30 min

Was an amazing journey and app was well developed.

Never thought over 2 months ago I’d be able to to run this much.

I was getting breathless just climbing a flight of stairs in the house.

thank you soo much. Will do

To be fair I’ve been celebrating ever since 2 weeks ago when I accidentally ran 5k without realising when the app stopped working. 🙈

That happened to me when I ran a 9K, intending to run 10K the following week, my app stopped working somewhere between 8 and 9k, l then looked at it and continued to 10K.

Nice 👏🏽.

I’d love to do a 10k next.

Any tips on how to start?

How many consolidation runs of 5k should I do before aimimg for the 10k?

Another congratulation on running a sub 30 minute 5k on your graduation run, only around 10% of graduates can do that👍🎓🏃🏾

You should run about 6/30 minute consolidation runs before you think of what you want next, try the C25K +Podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you can do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K. 😊 🏃🏾

Definitely.

It’s people like you that appreciate the hard work that goes in to achieving this incredible milestone and starting as a beginner. Hopefully it’s the start of something amazing and next goal is the 10k. Wish me luck.

Once again thank you for the kind words and encouragement
