W9R1 - first 30 minute run and it felt good!

Finally got to week 9. Had a dreadful couple of runs for W8R2 and 3, so was not sure about this one at all.

But it turned out to be the best run of all so far - hit the right pace reasonably soon, breathing was easy, and even the niggling ache in my left leg was barely there!

I am now feeling justifiably smug :-)

Hopefully the last two runs will feel like this.

Oooh I can feel tangible excitement it sounds like you have crossed the running is hell and purgatory barrier which also gives me hope for wk8R2 ! Well done and keep us posted . I think the cooler weather will help us all - although didn’t help me much this morning 🤪

Good luck - for me W8 was the worst, but this morning has made a huge difference to me.
