First 25 minute run

In beautiful mid morning sunshine, can you believe it?

It was tough-ish but felt so good to get to the end. And now, with knowledge of how well this app trains you up, I know the next three runs will be ok, I’ll be building on it.

Thanks to everyone for the support on here - I’m so chuffed to be a ‘runner’

Great , sometimes we can struggle with the runs and then at some point something just clicks and you really feel you can do this, for me this didn't happen until wk9 . Good luck for the rest of your runs 😊
