First 30 minute run done!!!!!

Cannot say how pleased I am to have got to this stage! I still have 2 more runs left before I "officially" complete the course but in my eyes I've already achieved my goal. I honestly cannot recommend this course enough to literally everyone with a pair of legs! Apart from one week off I've stuck to the plan with grim determination, knowing that the reward will be worth it. To anyone struggling I say KEEP ON GOING, unless you fall over or pass out you can do it!! It's as much a mental thing as it is physical and coming come someone who has given up on most ever exercise regimes I've ever started I can say that if I can do it anybody can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey, this is the stage I am at! Just two more to go and I can't believe that I actually ran for 30 continuous minutes! I look forward to seeing your graduation post and badge on here.

  • Hello fellow W9-ers!

I am just about to embark on W9 with R1 tomorrow. I agree with you Thatswhatshesaid when you say - 'if I can do it anyone can'.

Anyone who wants to do it, can do it. Hooray for C25K and roll on Graduation.

  • Good luck on your first 30 min, it actually wasn't as hard as i thought the extra 2 mins is nowt really! Yay to us!

  • Congrats and a big well done :-)))))

  • Thank you! I am very proud of myself!

  • Hmmm, may be I could be the exception, I'm certainly not going to be doing 5K in W9. Found out tonight that I'm currently doing just over 2K in 25 minutes, and it's hard going!
