I did it! This is my fourth try at posting π‘ It was more of an obstacle course than a smooth run but it was fun scrambling over fallen trees and roots. It didnβt make for a speedy run but it was interesting. One of my golden retrievers joined me for the last half km ...not sure that was fun or not but it certainly took my mind of tiredness! Iβm so proud of myself. Iβve come a long way in the 12 weeks since I started. This fat old lady with dodgy knees can run...whoβd have ever thought it! π€£π
