Been off the radar a bit recently as have been super busy but found a bit of time to fit in my Weekly Virtual 5K this evening. Decided to do a local route which includes 3 reasonably big hills which I use for hill work but hamstring was still a bit tight after my injury a couple of weeks ago so decided to brisk walk up the hills and run the rest. All shown quite nicely in my app chart screenshot - cadence and pace drops off as altitude increases. Have a great weekend everyone ๐๐
