I was going to run on Wednesday morning, but the gremlins forced me to stay in bed because of the wind ๐ฟ๐จ. The gremlins kept gnawing away for the rest of the day and I really didn't want to run after work at all๐ฟโน๏ธ
I had to force myself out. I did manage 5k - but it was far from relaxed and easy๐ฅต. I knew I hadn't hydrated enough the day before - I don't think red wine counts ๐ท๐คฃ. Maybe the 60 minutes on Saturday took more out of me than I thought, plus my swim on Tuesday. It was more like a toxic 25 with feet and legs like lead. But at least I managed it. It was a Wednesday, so not totally in-line with the rules, but that's my Weekly Virtual 5k

Longer runs can take it out of your legs, we are on a plan and running 4 times a week and being back to feeling a bit more tired and achy so well done for that run
