Yeah I did it, even though I was really not that enthusiastic about going out this morning, W2R3 in the bag. Its been a hard week! Sterncleidomastid muscle went into such a painful spasm on Tuesday that I conteplated a visit to Madame La Guillotine. Didn't miss Wednesday or Friday's run though and it has almost gone and is 100s of times more bearable that it was, but now to add to the fun I have intercostal muscle aches/pains eminating from T6/T7 which are known to a little worse for wear, shall we say. On top of all that I have skippered a 7m launch for several hours each of Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as moving two van loads, including tred mill, surf out of my shed yesterday AM.
So my head was saying I really don't want to run this morning but so glad I did! I felt good and even manged to put in a little sprint at the end of the 6th 90 secs. Managed to get a couple of good clunks out of my back when I stretched out at the end. Hopefully that will release those inter costals.

Really enjoying reconnecting to my music, which I haven't taken the time to listen to over the past few years, and also using the shuffle to excercise my brain by remembering what has been played on the run.
Roll on Tuesday--Running for 3 minutes at a time --Eek, I am sure that it won't be a bother.
