Started week 3 today after finishing work.
Hubby's kids are over for their usual weekend, heads in phones so I though I'm escaping, wasn't expecting 2, 3 minute runs then to be done!
Thankfully the heavens opened beforehand and was dry enough for me to get out which means a little lay in before work tomorrow.
I certainly feel like my body tells me when I need to run now.
