Just checking in having completed my third run of week 3. Things are getting easier again, my breathing is back under control and my stamina is increasing nicely.
I seem to have taken to running just before lunch this time - both before work and after work running feel like a chore but a nice break in the kindle of the day is doing me a power of good.
I'm looking forward to week 5 when I can transition up to non-stop running again. But 5 more runs until I can get to that.
Hope everyone is OK and getting through the programme without injury or upset.

Nice one Pianism! It’s good to find out your ‘best’ time for running isn’t it? The first time I did C25K I got up and went out early - this time, however, I find about 0930 suits me better. Though that could just be I’m getting lazier as I get older! Week 2 starts for me tomorrow - see you at the end!
Yes, indeed. It's a psychological things for me, it seems. When I know I only have a short run, I seem to be waiting for Laura to tell me it's over. Once the intervals go, it seems to get more outward-looking for me and I feel less a slave to the app and more focused on setting myself up well for a longer run.
I enjoyed that week, even though I had tech problems on the warm up for run3. I was using an old phone with the runs downloaded from the NHS page. As I was walking up a steep uneven slope to the road where I would start running, the phone packed in and I had to faff about before I could restart with another warm up. Then the road was busier than expected with traffic leaving a caravan site. But I did it, even with an uphill section on the way back. For me, that was the WoW! moment of the whole programme, I was nearly crying because I was so pleased.
Then it was back to the music festival on my 59th birthday.
Great news here and also, great that you have found a time that seems exactly right for you! It's so good to see you back here with us...I remember way back, your first HM!
I've done a couple of quick runs ( short, not fast) before lunch lately, through necessity and enjoyed them.. Not as much enjoyment. as early morning, but okay!Only thing is, I am ravenous afterwards!
Do you get extra hungry, especially as you would have done a morning's work!
Huge well done you ... get through the next runs and enjoy
