Thank goodness the temp had dropped!!! Half enjoyed it today. Realised my biggest problem is my head not my legs π as soon as I get started my head is saying how long to go... how long to go! So instead Iβve starting counting 1,2,3,4 etc listening to music and looking at the scenery - felt much better!
