Completed week one. Perhaps not the best tome to do it when we are in the midst of a heatwave. But I enjoyed it and am proud of. Y achievement. Can’t see how I will be able to run for thirty minutes, but I’m going to try!

That’s incredible even this heat. It’s a no brainier you will complete the programme it works and you have done the hardest bit starting and blooming heck Kudos for running in this heat.

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
You don't need to worry about running for 30 minutes........just concentrate on the next run and the magic will happen.
