Lovely morning run,then came across a Runner with a dog 🐕 on a lead i might add, She was running and the dog was just walking along.
It cracked me up, and after laughing that chemical thing 🤣 happened and I blasted a couple of 100meters or so.
Well jealous of our 4 legged friends. 🐕

When I take my neighbours dog a walk I sometimes start to run for a short while, but unless I run fast the dog only walks faster, if I took that dog for a full 5K run, I might for the first time get a sub 30 minute 5k 🏃🏾 😊
I run with one of my dogs, and they do the slowest trot they can muster, and I often have to tell them to slow down as they get ahead of me🙈 I hope she didn’t hear you laughing though, as although it looks like you was laughing at the dog, it would make me incredibly paranoid if I had that happen to me.
Luckily laughed on the inside as often , some don't see the funny side...PMA All the time, works wonders 😇
