Week4 run 1

Hi today I did week 4 run 1 , wow loved every minute of it , total ran for 16 minutes !! Can’t believe , tiredness was more in my mind than in my body , I really hope I can keep it up ! Advice for all the girls scared of running like me , take every day as it comes , stop worrying about future run , you can do it !!

Well done. I do W9R3 on Monday and am still gobsmacked that I can run for 30 minutes, but remember week 4 being a big leap. Keep going because it does work. Good luck x

Thankx , nobody in my family Or friends apart from my kids know that im doing this , in case I give up and they laugh at me , encouragement from you guys means a lot ! ❤️

I was the same. My 20 year old twin daughters came with me from the start but I didn't broadcast it because I knew I wouldn't be able to finish. And then I told a few people when I got further. Now with one run to go everyone knows. I am proud but I will bore off eventually 🏃‍♀️😂
